TeleFOT Stakeholder Forum
TeleFOT’s major aims are to assess the impacts of aftermarket and nomadic devices in vehicles for driver support and raise wide awareness of their functions and potential.
The Stakeholder Forums are conceived to support the project in monitoring progress and disseminating results within the organisation and field Stakeholders represent, giving advice to the Consortium on issues related to their field of expertise.
Stakeholders can be considered intermediate users represented by Telecommunication industry, car manufacturers and end users represented by road user organisations and insurance industry.
The objectives of the Stakeholder Forum are:
- to organize events open to all stakeholders and to share all results with them and the TeleFOT Consortium;
- to help TeleFOT achieve wide awareness of the possibilities of the aftermarket and nomadic devices among different user groups in Europe and beyond;
- to create a dialogue between the project and the players outside the Consortium;
- to make TeleFOT’s objectives and efforts effective and coherent to real needs of its targeted audience.
Two General Stakeholder Forums and 3 Local forums (North, Central and South Europe, in correspondence to the test Communities) are planned during the project life.
